Erin Ramsey chipped in six kills, Danna Neasbitt had six kills and 18 assists, Rachel Oakley had 10 assists and eight digs, Kendra Robbins had three blocks, Ashlyn Conrad collected 37 digs and Aryn Hays had 13 digs for Denison (15-15, 2-5), which plays at Frisco Centennial on Tuesday.

McKinney North def. Sherman 3-0

McKINNEY -- Shaquoia Mask had six kills and Ashli Wieck added 14 assists and 10 digs in a losing effort as McKinney North defeated Sherman, 25-9, 25-14, 25-17, in district play on Friday.

Carin Hepner collected seven digs, Daryan Patterson and Cassie Laxon each added five digs and Jessica Wash and Victoria James put down two kills apiece for Sherman (10-19, 0-7), which is hosting McKinney on Tuesday for a 'Dig Pink' match to raise money for breast cancer research and donations are welcome and t-shirts will be on sale.

This Monday and October 12, any lunch purchased at Vittina's between 11-1 will have 10 percent of ticket go towards the cause.

Whitesboro def. Celina 3-2

CELINA -- Kortney Beebe had 24 kills and six blocks while Courtney Davis put down 11 kills as Whitesboro outlasted Celina, 27-25, 18-25, 25-19, 18-25, 18-16, in district action on Friday.

Jill Schuessler added seven kills and eight digs, Becca Winter chipped in five kills and 14 digs, Taylor Ezzell handed out 36 assists and Krista Hitt collected 21 digs for Whitesboro (21-8, 1-2), which hosts Prosper on Tuesday night.

Callisburg def. S&S 3-2

CALLISBURG -- Tara Wescoat had 20 kills and eight digs while Taylor Coleman collected 26 digs as Callisburg pulled put a 25-18, 19-25, 18-25, 25-7, 15-9 victory over S&S in district action on Friday night.

Taylor Curtwright finished with nine kills and eight digs, Sara Richardson handed out 26 assists and Kenzi Rorhbaugh chipped in eight kills and five blocks for Callisburg,

District 11-2A
Bells def. Whitewright 3-0

BELLS -- Kirsten Keene handed out 11 assists and joined Samantha Stanek with seven kills in Bells' 25-5, 25-15, 25-13 win over Whitewright on Friday.

Lauren Moore had six kills and six digs for Bells (13-12, 4-1) while Rylie Ruth chipped in four kills and three aces. Laney Rowe added five kills and Brittany Graves joined Keene with four digs.

Melissa def. Leonard 3-1

LEONARD --the Lady Cardinals maintained their second-place tie with a 25-17, 20-25, 25-21, 25-9 victory over Leonard on Friday night.

Melissa (13-18, 4-1) travels to Bells, the team the Lady Cardinals are currently tied with for second.

No. 6 Gunter def. Howe 3-0

HOWE -- Briana Slawson collected 22 digs and Brittnni Smith added 11 digs in a losing effort as Gunter defeated Howe, 25-12, 25-16, 25-18, in district play.

Jessica Luangaphay finished with 10 digs while Maddie and Paige Potter each had three kills for Howe (14-21, 2-3), which plays at Leonard on Tuesday.

District 11-A
Collinsville def. Forestburg 3-1

FORESTBURG -- Candace Marlin had 12 kills and 12 digs while Chelsea Petska added nine kills and 13 digs as Collinsville defeated Forestburg, 25-17, 25-22, 20-25, 25-22, in district play on Friday.

Brooke Swindle handed out 36 assists, Karli Koerner finished with 25 digs and seven aces and Aspen Sowder chipped in two kills, two aces and 10 digs for Collinsville.

No. 1 Lindsay def. Savoy 3-2

LINDSAY -- The top-ranked Lady Knights pulled out a 25-10, 24-26, 25-21, 22-25, 15-8 victory over Savoy in district play on Friday.

Bailey McGehee had 17 kills and nine digs for Savoy while Lauren Camp added eight kills and 15 digs, Natalie Parker chipped in six kills, Whitney Cooke handed out 34 assists for the Lady Cardinals.

District 17-A
No. 18 Wolfe City def. Sulphur Bluff 3-0

WOLFE CITY -- Lindsey Wilkinson had 15 kills and A.J. Lake handed out 19 assists as Wolfe City defeated Sulphur Bluff in district action on Friday afternoon.

Kealey Gaffney and Kelly Madrigal each added six assists for Wolfe City (18-10, 3-2), which plays at Dodd City on Tuesday.
